WHY DOES MY CANDLE LOOK LIKE THAT?

Because we use an all-natural soy wax, which means no preservatives, the tops of our candles may sometimes not be smooth like our big brand competitors. Another reason may be because of the weather when shipping, which can cause the soy to heat up ever so slightly.

CAN I USE MY COASTER/TRAY FOR FOOD?

No! Jesmonite has not been tested for food safety as it is not used for food products. However, you can use your coasters to place your drinks on top of! We also recommend using a baking sheet or tray on top of your tray before placing any food on top. Just make sure to wipe any liquids as soon as possible.

ARE YOU VEGAN?

We can proudly say yes!

I’VE BURNED MY CANDLE AND THE WAX HAS TURNED A LIGHT BROWN. HOW COME?

This is perfectly normal! Due to using wooden wicks, the heat causes a slight discolouration. This will not affect performance or smell.

CAN I USE MY CANDLE JAR AS A FLOWER POT?

Yes you can! Although we suggest keeping your plants in their original plastic or you can transfer it to glass. Jesmonite AC100 is not 100% water proof so over time it will eventually disintegrate. Plants we recommend placing inside your candle pot are succulents and cacti.
